Who’s Flying?
Did you ever get to the field on a beautiful day to find it deserted? Here’s where you can shout out to fellow members and rally them to the flying field. This is especially useful for the new guys who need a hand with the buddy box and old-timers flying giant airplanes who need a stooge.

Robert:
I doubt you’ll get a reply here. The mailing list has become the defacto way for members to share this info.
As for me, I’m still trying to recover from the flu AND strep throat. (anyone get the license number on that truck?). So I’m staying in the warm resting today.
I have a photo gig at the Frozen Toes IMAC Bootcamp in Ashland next weekend and need to be well.

Anyone going out today? Where?

I’ll be there at 1pm. I have no key and I left my transmitter on yesterday… Oooouf! And it’s a no-go on reverse cronology for the comments, not a standard option, but I may be able to find a plug-in that’ll do it.

That’s the fundamental problem with trying to distribute timely information via email – keeping the header updated.
I see that you, Robert, and a very short list of others, are “subscribed” to this article. This means that when any member of this site posts a comment, it is distributed to all subscribers. Simple, opt in process. All members of the club have access to this feature.
So wadduya say guys… let’s drop that email and post here. Here are the top two benefits:
1) You will be sharing your message with everyone who chooses to receive it nearly instantaneously through an automated email account.
2)tI places our willingness to participate in the hobby in a public place… kinda like graffiti (but in a good way).
Please, please… talk this up to the other members who are ‘net users.

I’d like to get on the TO: line of any emails members are sending each other so I’ll know when things are happening. Thanks!
